Awhile back,
a good friend of mine came over with a couple of her friends (nonbird people, of course),
and we were all visiting, sitting at my diningroom table. Well, after a little while into
the visit, I left the diningroom to show my friend something. We were only gone a second,
but upon reentering the diningroom, we came back to see one of her friends spitting into a
napkin! She looked all flustered and embarrased and asked me, "What kind of candy do
you have in that candy dish?"
HAHAHAHAHA!!! I keep a beautiful candy dish of Nutriberries
handy for snacks for Twez on the table! My friend just rolled her eyes and said "Only
in Paulette's home would the candy dish have bird treats in it!" I told the lady how
sorry I was. LOL This also happened when my mother visited once. She ate a nutriberry and
wanted to know what kind of horrid snack that was! Oh, well, we're all hopeless, aren't
we?
