Gabby
The Quaker Parrot
Gabby's hatchdate is December 27th 1996. I got her when she was
3 weeks old and handfed her. I had had another Quaker (Alex) that died when my dalmations
got into the house. I searched for several months until finding Gabby. She is the joy of
my life and very spoiled and demanding!
In this picture she is sitting on her play area that I
constructed from alot of good advice gained from the list. By the way my name is Sheryl,
my Husbands name is Phil and we have three children and one granddaughter.We also have the
above mentioned Dalmations, Nickki and Kelsey.

God sent me my very own Angel
with little green wings,
Sometimes she talks,
Sometimes she sings.
C'Mere she giggles,
as she hangs upside down,
Shes a Quaker Parrot
but thinks shes a clown!
She'll do just about anything,
for a scritch on her head
and she loves to be cuddled,
before going to bed.
She makes my life brighter,
she gives me much love,
I thank God for sending,
My Angel from above.
