I had to assist in the hatching of this last baby.  I have done this often.  Thank goodness I seem to always have GREAT, good-natured parents that allow my assistance.  Sometimes the membrane is stuck like glue to the baby, not allowing it ot move, so it can't hatch.  I open the shell where it is pipped and moisten this area.  They start moving around the second I touch it with water.   Then they can hatch the rest of the way on their own with their parents.
